Assistant Account Manager - Security & AV products - Panatech - Al Futtaim Electronics - Dubai, UAE

As part of the business to business sales team the Sales Engineer will be responsible to develop B2B sales with specific focus on developing Security – CCTV business within the UAE. On this role your key product focus will be to achieve agreed budgeted sales for security products and solutions – CCTV & home safety. The role will be to develop strong relationships/tie-up with consultants, system integrators and value added resellers and also appoint new channel partners across the UAE territory. Analyse client requirements, discuss the same with consultants and provide solutions to fit in Panasonic products. Perform effective product demonstrations. Direct sales to the Corporate enterprises, B2B customers, SME and other verticals. Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve market shares along with achievement of business objectives. Generate continuous and constant business opportunity. Identify latest market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Business Manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelors degree. You should have minimum 6+ years technical sales experience in the U.A.E. market, out of which at least last 4 years has to be selling security products - CCTV & home safety. This experience should be within a large system integrator. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to solve business problems in collaboration with peers in sales, support, business development, technical servicing, etc. Knowledge of security system regulatory requirements in the U.A.E. Existing strong relationships with systemintegrators, consultants as well end users

To be a successful in this role you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the industry and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness, analytical ability, decision making, strategic thinking, teamwork & leadership.
