Job description / Role
Global law firm in the Middle East, with a strong international reputation.
Based in Dubai, this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role. Reporting to the Financial Accountant you will assist with invoicing, accounts payable and general ledger.
- Petty cash reimbursements and the reconciliation of the petty cash control account;
- Maintaining prepayments and posting month end journals
- Payment processing to all suppliers and third parties;
- Analysis of client balances;
- Checking/processing and reconciliation of expense claims;
- Month end inter-company reconciliations and generation of invoices;
Requirements
- Experience of using ELITE Accounting software;
- Previous experience in an international law firm;
- Excellent written communication skills at all levels (English);
- Excellent numerical skills;
- A mature, proactive and flexible approach to work;
