Assistant / Associate Professor with Expertise in Blended Learning

Job Description:
• As part of this strategy, the CBE has reorganized its faculty around themes and challenges, intends to expand its Post-Graduate and Executive Education programs, and enhance these programs by a blended learning approach. The College is currently a full-time faculty member, in the rank of assistant or associate professor, with explicit and proven expertise in transforming and developing programs in blended learning format. The candidate must have a PhD in a discipline relevant for the College of Business and Economics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The appointed candidate will be expected to:
• Take a leading role in the transformation, development and implementation [degree and non-degree] programs into blended learning format;
• Develop and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses; engage in innovative approaches to learning and teaching; participate in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and/or dissertations;
• Available for Executive Education programs;
• Develop a relevant research agenda and publish high quality research.

• Earned PhD degree in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized university;
• Relevant and proven expertise in transforming and developing programs in blended learning format;
• Team player, sound management skills to deliver team-based projects;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English;
• Acquaintance with executive education is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to and experience with engagement with external stakeholders;
• Academic credentials backed by a recognized research record;
• Committed to excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and outcome assessment;
