Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading multinational company is seeking for a Assistant Brand Operations Manager

This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 1 year. (Renewable contract- depending on the performance and business needs)

Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and recommend relevant activation
- Plan & lead meetings (Business reviews and trainings)
- Recommend and implement different trainings
- Implement the agreed plans in line with budgets & work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure execution excellence
- Work regularly with BTL agencies and ensure project timelines are respected
- Participate in new launches and innovation projects
- Monitor market evolution and competition activities
- Track the progress and analyze performance of the Brands by providing regular reports (Retail Audit and Brand Tracker)
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments, brands & competition past performance, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure Marketing budget tracking & provide regular updates

Requirements

- Assist the Brand Operations Manager in managing the fast growing consultancy program and other direct to consumer executions through the development and implementation of the program strategies and the initiatives that will drive the program health, growth and sales.
- Administration/Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2.5- 3 years of marketing related work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Delivery on projects on timelines
- Response time & reliability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Initiative & follow through
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) skills
- Excellent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
