Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To calculate, administer and distribute accurate payroll transactions according to compensation and benefits policy and procedures.
- Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system
- Review C&B policies and procedures, and ensure company’s compliance with internal laws and procedures
- Develop and maintain an up - to - date end user training manual and material.
- Respond to employees' queries in compensation and benefits related issues, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy
- Assist in designing and revisiting compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures
- Support annual salary review process by analyzing market data and assessing the competitiveness of our the groups’ programs and salary scale
- Develop and implement new benefit packages while ensuring that they are competitive and in line with legal requirements
- Propose and implement approved plans to contain payroll cost and maintain market positioning
- Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on the HR performance in order to monitor the group efficiency level including payroll results (CVS, Rev/Hour, HC efficiency etc…)
- Provide advice and guidance on Compensation and Benefits issues to internal customers in order to ensure that policies are properly implemented and high standards in financial/accounting practices are maintained

Requirements

- BA Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably Human Resources
- Has applied knowledge of HR systems and Payroll current and best practice
- Has a proven ability in in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Comprehensive experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads
- Working knowledge of basic, relevant legislation (libel laws, Freedom of Information, Data Protection, Companies Act etc.)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comprehensive experience of analyzing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills including exceptional competency in spoken English
- Ability to interpret computerized, data information, reports and documentation
