Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Motors is currently seeking an Assistant Demand and Supply Manager to work within the Sales Operations team, particularly with the Planning division. The role will report directly into the Demand and Supply Manager and will be based from Al-Futtaim Motors Head Office in Dubai.
The Assistant Demand and Supply Manager will work with all 3 Toyota segments of passenger, SUV and LCV in order to forecast business opportunities to ensure optimum supply to achieve organisational objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for the forecasting of vehicles required for the coming months based on aspects such as model, colour and grading. Significant analysis, market research and compilation of sales force feedback will be conducted in order for the role holder to make informed recommendations. The Assistant Demand and Supply Manager will present recommendations to the MD and senior management team during monthly meetings.
Requirements
You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree and will have experience within a similar highly analytical role. Experience within the automotive industry is preferable along with a working knowledge of SAP IS AUTO.
You will have strong spoken and written English language skills as you will be required to present complex data on a regular basis. You will be able to multi task and prioritise working both as a team and autonomously. This role works to strict deadlines and therefore you will have the ability to work calm under pressure to ensure timely delivery.
