Assistant Facilities Manager - Residential & Commercial - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai
The Assistant Facilities Manager will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings, premises, infrastructure and the business operational requirements.
This role will be responsible for providing, maintaining and developing a multitude of services including security and health & safety. Such services range from property strategy, building, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, space management, communications, administration and contract management for a number of outsourced engineering, maintenance and cleaning service providers.
The person will report to the Facilities Manager – Residential / Commercial and will be based out of Al Areesh Club, Festival City, Dubai.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical or Electrical stream. Additional qualification in Facilities Management is beneficial.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a property/ facilities management company.
Hands on experience in managing large scale residential and commercial properties would be ideal.
