Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Summary: Conduct feasibility studies of new projects and financial analysis of the business results for the Company. Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors, and the CEO and prepare Annual Operating Plan of the company.

Principle Responsibilities:

Conducting Project Feasibilities
- Financially evaluate any new plans/projects for the company and recommend the best option
- Evaluate any business implications on the project and recommend best strategy
- Develop and maintain all the back-ups in the form of workings and spreadsheets for future reference and analysis

Conducting Financial Analysis & Preparation of Annual Operating Plan:
- Develop and formalize the monthly analysis of financial statements and forecast the future trend/profits.
- Develop the templates for getting information required for the analysis from business units
- Prepare internal presentation to CEO on the profitability analysis and forecasted profit.
- Lead the preparation of Annual Operating Plan of the company.

Being Responsible for Treasury Management
- Review the cash position of the Company and analyze future requirements
- Recommend the timely and cost effective sources of funds to management
- Arrange and negotiate the amount and cost of funds with prospective lenders

Coordinating and Communicating with Finance Operations
- Work closely with the operations team for development and preparation of analytical reports
- Understand the monthly closing process from all angles to fully grasp the concepts of ERP
- Continuously monitor and identify the changed business requirements and develop reports and analysis to cater to these requirements

Work on the Board Presentation & Handle Audit Committee related matters
- Lead the preparation of all Board & Chairman meeting related presentations.
- Handle all Audit Committee matters including preparation of Minutes of the meeting.

Requirements

- Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting (preferably Chartered Accountant)
- +5 years relevant experience
- Ability to develop financial/management information reporting systems to advice on the impact of investment strategies and tactical ideas
- Working under pressure and to strict deadlines
