Job purpose:

Support the in creating a purposeful, caring, learning environment for children. Inspire creative, mindful learners, fostering diversity, collaboration, and success.

Expectations as a Senior Leader, you will articulate a vision for the year group within the school's ethos, contribute to planning and resource management, uphold high standards, and collaborate in day-to-day school operations. Be accountable to to the Head of Primary / Vice Principal , and contribute to the Performance Development Program.

Requirements

Assistant Head of Primary School
- Senior Leadership position within the school
- Substantial role with over 2,000 students in Primary
- Would likely oversee a number of whole school responsibilities including oversight of 2 year groups.
