Charterhouse is working with a new food and beverage holding company based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire multiple, experienced Assistant Managers for a strong, successful QSR F&B brand. The holding company holds the franchise rights to operate and expand the brand across the UAE.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Restaurant General Manager in operating one of their multiple sites in Dubai and increasing footfall and profitability of the site. The brand itself is an extremely successful, well recognised, high turnover concept that will require someone from a similar background. This QSR brand is the first of many for the holding company who are looking to acquire a number of successful F&B brands to eventually expand across the Middle East.
Requirements
The successful candidate should come from a strong QSR or casual dining brand in the UK willing to relocate to Dubai in a fairly short period of time. The operators heading up this business are from the UK themselves so understand the branded F&B market well.
