Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Preparation and publication of Financial Statements and Management Reporting
- Active involvement in routine activity of accounting and control department
- Ensure adherence to IFRS and compliance to Policies and procedures and accounting manual
- Coordinate internal and external audit including follow-up and corrective actions
- Facilitate in review and updating of policies and procedures
- Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in the function of the company. Works closely with the finance team of the OpCo that the staff is responsible for. Ensures timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end consolidated company accounts. Support smooth functioning of the Accounting & Control function.
- Participates in management reporting and decision support through ad hoc HoldCo requests.
- Works closely with the Treasury and the FP&A team to assist in routine working capital management and information required for the budgeting process and analysis of actual versus budget

Requirements

- Experience of independent preparation and publication of Final accounts and Management Reporting
- Worked in SAP environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience in working with statutory bodies , auditors and across departments and entities
- Minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience (work experience in Big four preferable)
