Assistant Manager - Admin and Security

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced admin and security individual to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administration and security to take on a key role in a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise control room operators and staff.
• Monitor and operate control room equipment and systems, including security cameras, alarms, and communication systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate records of events and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct security checks and surveillance, as required.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of communication equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to control room operators.
• Plan and coordinate communication operations for mock drills and operations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Develop and conduct training programs for control room operators.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
