UAE National - Assistant Manager - Administration Support - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate

The main purpose of the job is to make sure that all office operations and procedures are implemented and in order to ensure that office needs are being fulfilled.

The employee will be responsible for managing administrative staff and controlling Central Procurement documents. This role is required to ensure the best quality of services by providing office management and administrative services in a competent manner. This role serves to organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

This role with report to the Head of Centralised Procurement Department and will be based out of Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

We are looking for a UAE National graduate in any discipline with fluency in English.

Someone with 7-10 years of work experience in office management, contract administration, with good knowledge of SAP would be most suitable for this role.
