Job description / Role
- To Monitor and assist in Recoveries from asset sale and to ensure agreed performances objectives are achieved.
- Visit the police yards across emirates and Coordinate with Police authorities to release Cars from Police Yards
- Visit auction houses for stock taking / vehicle check / vehicle releasing as and when advised.
- Initiate repossession orders against the delinquent vehicles and release Repo when the vehicle is regular.
- To coordinate for payment of traffic fines at the traffic department and transfer the vehicle registration to the banks
- Yard management and inventory of Car stock
- Coordinate with Agencies for Car Tracing /Repossessions and Car sale
- To coordinate with car sale auctions and confirm the car sale price / ensure all procedures are as per the auction regulations.
- Coordinate all auction related activity and be physically present in the Dubai auction house during auction days
- To establish and maintain good relations with Police, Court and Bank's Lawyers to assist Collections & Recovery Efforts.
- To update the vehicle condition report and verify the same.
- Adhere to all processes related to Cash and ensure Cash withdrawn is closed and posted as per agreed TAT
- To post all the charges in LMS for all car sales related expenses.
Requirements
- Good Understanding of PB Assets' business
- Sound collection techniques and MIS skills
- Sound Decision making and Change management skills
- Good negotiation and networking skills with internal and external customers
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory procedures for lending and debt recovery
- Up dated information on economic and banking trends affecting PB assets' business
- People management skills to effectively deploy and motivate staff
- High standard of oral and written communication skills
- Arabic Knowledge both spoken and written is essential
