UAE National - Assistant Manager - Business Support - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate

The purpose of this job is to support Facilities management team in all commercial aspects of contracts or purchase orders with objective to ensure that expenses are accurately tracked and posted, payments are made in accordance to terms and conditions with respect to Al-Futtaim internal financial procedures.

The employee will be expected to ensure that the day to day commercial operations within the department are upheld without any delay in accordance with Facilities Management Standards.

This role will be responsible for contract management, PO administration, invoice verification, payment release, inter departmental communication, database management, management reporting, filing and documentation, etc.

This role will report to the Office Manager and will be based out of Al Areesh Offices at Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in administration or accounting with a minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced MS Excel.

Someone with good organizational, administrative and financial skills would be a good fit.

A UAE National who has good communication skills but is a fresher can apply for this role.
