Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The responsibilities for this role is to pursue and pro-actively manage outstanding debtors for Retail, Residential and Commercial portfolios at Dubai Festival City; and achieving the departmental objectives of collecting outstanding monies, reducing overall debtor days and minimising the risk of bad debt.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role would be to monitor violations of Credit Policy/Lease Agreement/DOA; develop reports and financial analysis; reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate customer accounts; etc.

This role will report to the Financial Controller – Revenue & Credit Control and will be based at Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of UAE Law and several years of experience in a high volume commercial and collections environment. Previous credit risk management experience is required along with a proven track record of debt collection.

Extensive knowledge of Financial package SAP and/or other ERP along with good negotiation skills would be needed for this role.
