Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global multinational organisation. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Financial Reporting to join their successful, highly reputable brand covering the Middle East and Africa.
You will be responsible for internal planning and reporting to the regional management and the global headquarters. You will coordinate the different planning cycles for all subsidiaries and its consolidation ensuring accuracy of the financial results and consistency in the strategy. You will also maintain and control company profitability, anticipating the deviations from the defined plan and highlighting the root causes and potential countermeasures.
In addition, you will directly support the General Manager with key financial data and analysis whilst ensuring reports are delivered on time within company standards.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Accountant with at least 4 years’ experience in management accounting, cost accounting and business planning and analysis. Strong analytical and Excel skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Our client has expressed a preference for a Western educated candidate.
