As a result of continuous growth and development, we have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Manager, IT Projects to join our team of Information Technology professionals. This position will support the delivery of projects and solutions to various business functions whilst applying best practices and improvements.
The following duties and responsibilities will also be undertaken in this role;
- Create and maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with key project stakeholders for scheduling and communication
- Prepare tender packages
- Assist in project scope development
- Assist IT Projects and Business Solutions department to deliver successful projects
- Translate notes into diagrams and informative texts
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree required within the field of Information Technology
- 3+ years of experience within an Information Technology capacity – preferably within the Hotel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage with an audience
- Ability to convey information of a highly technical nature
- Ability to analyze qualitative data
- Experience with managing multiple assignment effectively
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- ITILv3 / PMP certification desired
