Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Designation: Manager- Legal / Asst. Manager - Legal (Bilingual)

Location: Dubai

Reporting to: Assistant Manager - Legal

Direct Reports: 0

Key Responsibilities

- Management of the Litigation portfolio of the Group- by overseeing the court proceedings through collaboration with external lawyers, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and drafting Service Agreements, Maintenance Contracts, Marketing Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, etc.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Audit) to identify risks, steer internal investigations and initiate appropriate course of actions.
- Support the Company Secretarial tasks.

Requirements

Experience:

- 3-5 years of GCC Experience handling Commercial Contracts, Litigation and Corporate Secretarial Tasks
