Job description / Role
One of the largest financial services businesses in the Middle East, this organisation has a reputation for customer focus and a strong track record of developing and improving its staff. The company is active across six continents and widely respected as a leader in its field.
The organisation requires an Assistant Manager to work in the Marketing Strategy office within the global headquarters. The team forms part of the global CMO's office and is essential in defining the business strategy and direction.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
- Build a detailed knowledge of customer groups across multiple geographies through marketing research and analytics. Use this understanding to identify opportunities and threats and provide actionable inputs to Senior Management.
Marketing Systems:
- Create processes for capturing and sharing marketing and sales analytics including effectiveness and brand awareness. Maintain and improve data quality within the database and provide support with other marketing systems including CRM. Also evaluate new technology and systems for value creation in the marketing sphere.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a mass market B2C context
- Fluent English, spoken, written and read
- Degree qualification
- Examples of strategic projects that you have specifically delivered
- Minimum 3 years' experience of market research and analytics
- Excellent communication skills
