Assistant Manager - OA Sales - Techserve - Al Futtaim Electronics - Dubai, U.A.E.

As part of the Sales team the Assistant Manager will be accountable for providing value added selling of multi-function devices & print solutions to major accounts. Direct sales to the corporate enterprises, B2B customers, SME and other verticals. Achieve post-sales follow up calls in order to evaluate the performance of the machine sold vs. client requirements.

Develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end to end IT hardware and software solutions. Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelors degree. You should have minimum 5+ years sales experience in the office automation domain, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role. This experience should be within a large office automation distribution company. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels. A desire to solve business problems in collaboration with peers in sales, support, business development, technical servicing, etc.

To be a successful in this role you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the technology changes in the industry and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness, analytical ability, decision making, strategic thinking, teamwork & leadership.
