Job description / Role
Work Location: HSME, Dubai, UAE

Job purpose: Improve the market share of the company’s products in the designated countries
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals.
• Plan and manage territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
• Manage product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Maintain existing customers and develop new customers to optimise business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and etc…
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Record, analyse, reports according to systems and requirements.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Attend trainings and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Routine Work :
PSI analysis and recommendation
• PSI review and advising customer about any shortfall / excess stock
• Take necessary action by revising the orders with concurrence of the customer
Price comparison vs. competitors and price positioning analysis
• Obtain regular feedback from each countries distributor about their activities
• Market visit, check competition / displays, prices, activities. Suggest appropriate changes in areas where it can be improved.
• Marketing calendar build-up and implementation follow-up
• Price Structure build-up
• Preparation of ISO’s, communicate with factory / customer on its confirmation
• Preparation of monthly PI’s and its processing. Forwarding it to factory along with shipping instructions.
• Obtaining order payment (LC’s, TT’s), nominated forwarders / shipping line within the prescribed deadlines.
• Obtaining customers confirmation of shipping documents
• Sending updated shipping status regularly to customer (thru MSCS)
• Co-coordinating with Service / Marketing dept. on any requirements from customers
• Verify and submit customers support invoices to factories
Markets in charge:
EAST AFRICA, GCC and IRAN
Requirements
• Must have 3 years experience in home appliances.
• Must have UAE driving licence.
• Good English communication skills including written.
• Good computer literacy.
