Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Motors Lexus is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to work within the Supply Chain division. This role will report directly into the Product Planning Manager, however the role holder will work closely with assistant reporting managers, pricing and stock team. The main purpose of the role is to leverage forecasting and inventory planning systems to generate demand forecasts and purchasing plans, target stock levels and daily recommended purchases. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing economy and automotive market analysis on a regular basis in order to forecast the future movements of the automobile market.
This role is highly focused on developing and creating key reports in the areas of sales, stock and pricing. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring conformity and consistency of report styles in order for them to be consolidated across departments in AF Motors. The role holder will provide executive summaries of all reports in order to identify potential risks and create early warning signals of variances and recommend actions to correct the variances.
Requirements
You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree and will be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. You will have a minimum of two years experience in an analyst role with significant experience in reporting. Experience in the use of SAP is advantageous.
This role will involve liaison with all levels of senior management and therefore the ability to provide accurate and informative information is essential along with the ability to provide data analysis.
