Assistant Manager - Tenant Coordination - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

As part of Tenant Coordination - Development team, you will be responsible to act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate tenants design and fit out and ensure these are compliant with the landlords specifications, design guidelines and lease requirement.

Your role will report directly to the Head of Tenant Coordination and will be responsible for ensuring the retail tenants have opened up the required center on the specific opening date and is compliance with the Retail Design Team specifications.

We are looking for someone who is able to perform under pressure and adapt themselves to the situation. This role is customer focused and would require strong understanding of retail.

Requirements

We are looking for a degree qualified person with solid experience in administration. Working experience within real estate/mall management offices would be ideal. Good MS Excel skills is a must.

An organized person with ability to manage relations with external and internal clients would be a good fit.
