Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading hospitality group are looking for an Assistant Marketing communications manager for one of their flagship hotels.

This position will assist the Marketing Manager in the running of short and long-term marketing communications and promotions, as well as marketing and brand building strategies, both online and offline to drive measurable growth. They will actively monitor, guide and support brand standards implementation, alignment and compliance within the individual businesses and pro-actively identify areas that need additional support in terms of online and offline marketing.

Requirements

- Diploma, or /Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
- 2 plus years marketing experience in the service industry
- Ideally some marketing experience with luxury brands
- Understanding loyalty and customer recognition
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of platforms and on all levels
- Good eye for creativity and interest in finding new trends and ways
- Ideally, an understanding of different Restaurants & Bars concepts and brands
- Market research capabilities for competitor reviews and checks
- Outstanding English skills in written and verbal language
- Dynamic and confident individual
- Good time management and prioritizing capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the production of high quality work
- Capability to deliver marketing materials in line with brand standards
- Should display personal drive to succeed and achieve
- Good understanding of the audience and guest profile catered for
- Market planning and project management skills
- Proficiency in new media, social media and digital marketing
- Ideally an understanding of design programmes such as the Adobe Suite, Dreamweaver & Photoshop.
