Assistant Professor Strategic Management for a Leading University in Sharjah

A leading university in Sharjah is currently looking to hire experienced Assistant Professor on Strategic Management who teaches courses like Strategic Management and Strategic Risk Management for 2019 Spring Semester with below qualifications:

Requirements

• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 7 years of total teaching experience with 5 years post PHD as Lecturer
• PhD degree holder specialized in Strategy in Business Management
• Minimum 3 publications and 2 conference presentations
• Proven track record in academics and research
• Experience in teaching courses like: Leading through Creativity, Strategic Management, Strategic Risk Management, etc.
• Expertise in subject matter with effective communications skills and good interpersonal skills is a must
• Ability to work in multicultural environment is an advantage
• Willing to work in split shift
• Open to overseas candidates willing to relocate in UAE
• Joining date: Spring Semester 2019
• Location: Sharjah

Salary up to 18K AED full package plus benefits (Accommodation and Furniture Allowance, Airfare, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave, Summer Payment, Additional Credit Payment, Participation & Conferences), depending on years of experience and qualifications
