Position Title: Assistant Restaurant and Guest Relations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal
Job location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands
Job Role:
• Supervising the entire team and ensuring standard operating procedures are being followed.
• Reviewing standards, procedures and implementing best practices for the Front of the House Services
• Maintaining complete knowledge of all the food, beverage, outlets, services and hours of the restaurant’s operation
• Ensuring that all guests receive quality services, and their requirements are met
• Providing the guests with accurate information of the restaurant’s menu, specialties, and ongoing promotions
Requirements
Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or any relevant certification
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Amenable to work in standing position for long hours
