About the Client:
A Michellin Restaurant in Dubai serving authentic Arabian flavors with a fusion of Emirati- Levantine dishes.
Job Description:
? Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
? Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
? Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
? Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
? Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients – asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.
Requirements
Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
? Open to Arabic nationals
? 40 years old and below
? At least 3 years’ experience in the same role with International and Levantine cuisine
