Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
- Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels.
- Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities.
- Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant's quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly.

Requirements

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, duty meal and transportation

Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationals
- Female, 25 to 40 years old
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant RM or 4 years of experience as a Senior FOH
