Assistant Retail Manager up to 10k Aed for a Leading Fragrance Manager in Sharjah

• Assisting the GM in all aspects of managing the retail operations in order to maximize profitability and the highest of customer and quality satisfaction
• Responsible for all the boutique and retail outlet, end-to-end management
• Efficient in analyzing the shortcomings in the performance and design and deliver trainings to the staff accordingly
• Conduct shop visits as and when required and as per the policies. Also should be open to travel out of UAE for management of new boutiques
• Being able to ensure the outlets are in compliance with policies and procedures in order to run a smooth operation
• Identify potential within the team and propose individual Development Plans
• Achieving target for sales purpose

Requirements

• POSITION: ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus car
• HIRING COMPANY: Perfume Manufacturing Company
• WORK LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
• Willing to travel for business purposes
• UAE driving license is a must

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a luxury retail industry
• Experience in handling luxury products
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
