Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

FINANCIAL RETURNS
- Ensure that both direct and indirect departmental costs and revenue are achieved in line with the budget and forecast.
- Minimizing overtime and casuals and maximize colleagues productivity.
- Achieve outlet budget, forecast, revenue and cost throughout the year.

PEOPLE
- Regular training to be conducted for all colleagues and to ensure that they participate in all training courses conducted by the Human Resources Department.
- To ensure that the risk management systems are in place in the department and that colleagues are trained in all aspects of fire safety, security and HACCP.
- Conducts monthly meeting with the team members.

GUEST EXPERIENCE
- To ensure that all standard for food preparation, quality and quantity are met and monitored in coordination with the Chefs in order to provide and increase service standard.
- Improve service standards through continuous improvement process and Heartbeat.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
- To make sure that hygiene standards are strictly followed as per the hygiene manual in order to achieve maximum percentage rating at the ADFCA.
- To ensure that all standards set for food preparation, quality and quantity are met monitored in cooperation
- Achieve both company standards and local requirements with regards to Hygiene and Cleanliness in all area of the department and that safe and hygiene working practices are fully implemented throughout the areas of responsibility in accordance to HACCP.

ACCOUNTABILITY
- Directly reporting to the Food & Beverage Director. Supervises Supervisor, Captains and Order Taker.

Requirements

- Higher education qualification
- Equivalent in Hotel Management
- Plus years of experience in Room Service including managerial experience
- Must speak English, other language will be an advantage
- Can handle pressure in a high volume
- No labour ban
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
