Assistant Sales Manager - IT Security

Job description / Role

Client is a world renowned company are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the existing IT Security sales team.

- Proactively maintain customer / third party engagement levels
- Achieve company sales and profit targets and maximize sales in the target geographical territories - in the primary purchase and cross sell categories
- Plan and achieve a sustainable profitable growth of the business in the assigned territory
- Prepare monthly forecasts, potentials information, etc ensuring all records are maintained and shared
- Ensure meeting KPI targets across primary purchase and cross sell categories.
- Work as a team member within the Security department and peers in the organization

Requirements

- 5 to 7 years core sales experience in Security products
- Ability to handle customers effectively and in a sensitive way
- Good business judgment
- Good working knowledge and understanding of the business practices in the Middle East.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- English fluency (required), Arabic (desirable)
