Job description / Role
Assistant Service Manager - Automall - Abu Dhabi
To ensure that the service centre has a team of motivated performing individuals who follow the procedures and processes of the company to achieve budgeted targets provided for the location and ensures that customers receive consistent, timely and excellent customer service that becomes a competitive business strategy in retaining customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Ensure that the service centre achieves the budgeted net sales, gross margin and net contribution
- Plan and ensure optimal use of facilities available at the service centre for running the business operations.
- Ensure that the service initiation process is followed effectively
- Ensure that the technical problems witnessed during vehicle repair is documented
- Ensure that the service initiation process is followed effectively in bringing in the customers due for service and monitors the control of service appointments provided
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering and Business Management specialization.
- 10 -15 Years overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 5 years in Service Dept. at managerial role.
