Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large, locally owned investment company based in Abu Dhabi. Due to expansion and the increased demand on HR, our client is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) Assistant to the HR Department.
This role will be primarily responsible for the HR Directors diary and scheduling interviews and internal meetings within the team. You will organise administration related to onboarding, visas and offboarding including the documentation collection process. You will also assist new members of staff with the preparation of required articles prior to the start of the visa procedure. In addition, you will take minutes during meetings, deal with staff enquiries, take external and internal calls and organise staff events.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. You should be professional, corporate and be willing to learn. It is essential you have substantial exposure to Microsoft Office and other software systems and possess fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
