Job description / Role
Global company in DIFC are looking for an experienced assistant to work within two very busy departments, the ideal candidate must come from a professional service background.
Salary 15,000 AED
Duties:
- Supporting the HR Manager with all administrative duties revolving around HR
- Collating personal information for visa process
- Liaising with the PRO
- Updating personnel records on holidays, sickness and personal information
- Sending out offer letters to candidates
- Setting up interviews
- Liaising with agencies regarding candidate shortlisting and job descriptions
- Preparing candidate contracts & offers
- Translating Arabic into English for legal documents
- Dealing with confidential information
- Preparing reports for HR Manager
- Liaising with departments for documents & line managers
- Dealing with incoming calls & emails screening etc
Requirements
- Arabic would be advantageous
- HR admin background would be advantageous
- UAE experience advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional service industry background (legal, Management Consultancy or Financial service industries) global or multinationals ideally
- Able to multitask heavy workloads
- Min 5 years experience
- Advance knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Smart in appearance, friendly and able to work under pressure
- Based in UAE
