Job description / Role
- Facilitate customer service, supervisory and skills training workshops
- Assist with managing the Service Academy training initiative Create weekly/monthly training refresher programs
- Manage the customer service certification process
- Manage the cross training initiative
- Assist with departmental training audits
- Assist with the managing of the internship and cross exposure programs
- Partner with departments to conduct mini training sessions during daily briefings to enforce the skills learned in training
- Manage the new hire 6 month probationary process and track team members’ development for 1st year of employment
- Contribute to the planning and administration of the strategic training plans of L&D and requirements
- Analyze a range of job data and assist with creating learning solutions to drive performance and improve service
- Responsible for compiling and reporting training data for all training programs facilitated
- Ensuring training records are accurate and up to date
- Facilitate the feedback received from programs and manage appropriately in order to positively impact the performance
- Utilize Development Plans from Individual Performance Appraisals
- Execute any other duties as assigned by the Director and Manager of Learning and Development.
Requirements
Proven experience within a training role not only delivering but supporting the design of training content, regional experience or very least dealing with a range of nationalities.
Would consider those from a consultancy background.
