Job description / Role
• Assist in managing all retail leasing activities.
• Assist in achieving the retail leasing NOI targets.
• Assist in sourcing and securing anchor and ancillary tenants.
• Develop and implement sourcing tenants strategy.
• Track lease expires and negotiate renewals.
• Initiate and oversee legal proceedings.
• Expand relationships with Middle East regional retailers.
Requirements
• 8+ years experience in Retail Leasing.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of the total gamut of the international retail brands
• Education - Bachelors degree in Urban Estate Management, Business Administration, ICSC or equivalent is preferred.
• UAE National preferred.
• Reporting - VP Retail Leasing
