Job description / Role
Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, directing and coordinating the warehouse operations and monitor the movement of stocks to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the stores.
Main responsibilities:
- Constantly plans out warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives;
- Monitor the stock of raw material as per SSP and finished products and provide reports based on findings;
- Ensure implementation of warehouse procedures to guarantee safe conditions and proper storage for all items and minimize percentage of "wear & tear" to facilitate the production and selling processes;
- Supervise the efficient receipt of material, storage and products dispatches;
- Assist Warehouse Manager in planning future capacity as per storage requirements;
- Supervise the loading and offloading activities to ensure the maximum capacity output as per company target;
- Prepare and create delivery notes for different destinations based on orders;
- Generate and update regular KPI reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis related to overall warehouse function and staff performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years Experience in Warehouse Function
Specialist knowledge:
- MS Office
- Oracle
