Associate Creative Director

Job description / Role

Our client an award winning innovative experiential events agency in Dubai is searching for an Associate Creative Director to join the creative team to bridge the gap between the Creative Director and the rest of the creative team.

You will play a key role in leading and supervising the creative team (consisting of 3D Designers, Finishing Artists and Art Directors) under the guidance of the Creative Director

Requirements

You will be a hands on creative, a strong designer with good technical skills as well as impressive creative talents and work that you have - or at least should have - won awards for.

You will currently be in an Associate Creative Director position - or in an Art Director position for too long - within an events or advertising agency and be ready for your next challenge.

You will be ready to commit 100% to this new role, eager to excel creatively on the various event creation, brand engagement and activation projects, and intent on exceeding clients expectations.

You will be extremely ambitious to grow your career, looking towards the next step up to Creative Director position for the future.

My client is offering a competitive tax free salary of AED 25,000 / $6800 p/month + medical insurance + annual return flights to your home country.
