Job description / Role
One of the largest financial services businesses in the Middle East, this organisation has a reputation for customer focus and a strong track record of developing and improving its staff. The company is active across six continents and widely respected as a leader in its field.
The organisation requires an Associate Director to work in the Corporate Planning and Business Analytics team within the global headquarters. The role plays an integral part in advising the board on performance and strategy.
Monthly Management Reporting:
- You will develop and present a detailed and engaging monthly management report covering channel, product and geographic breakdown of performance. Further you must develop the broader business analytics function within the organisation to provide multi-dimensional insights to the senior management.
Board Packs and Investor Information:
- Working with the BA team you will provide a broad range of information for the company board and prospective investors taking in a full range of business performance indicators as well as broader industry analysis. Additionally you will provide support for the budgeting process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working in management reporting within financial services
- Fluent English, spoken, written and read
- Degree qualification and Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIM) or an MBA
- Examples of accurate analytical insight you have specifically delivered
- Expert use of financial and management reporting systems such as SAP BO, Oracle BI etc.
