Associate Director - Digital Technology

Job description / Role

We require a business leader who brings a blend of digital and domain experience in the banking, public, government sector, to work with clients in these industries and drive their digital agenda.

Based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, the role involves defining digital strategy, reengineering and building underlying technology solutions and platforms. You will become a digital partner for clients and be the go-to individual for all things Digital.

The Role

* Build trusted relationships as a Digital advisor at C-level across banking, public sector and Government entities
* Leverage strong domain knowledge to understand client business aspirations and current challenges, then create differentiated digital value propositions
* Play an active role as a visible Digital leader in the ME marketplace.

Requirements

The Candidate

* Strong domain knowledge in banking, public sector, government
* High-level exposure to digital challenges in theses sectors with relevant experience in digital strategy and technology driven programs.
* A passion for Technology enabled business transformation, with the ability to visualize and design new solutions.
* Proven experience in selling and delivering digital transformation programs in the stated industry sectors.
* Excellent leadership and influencing capabilities, to liaise with C-suite executives daily
* Candidate MUST speak fluent Arabic
