Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To work with the business units to identify, capture, assess and evaluate all risks, helping to establish and maintain the Corporate Risk Register, implementing enterprise risk management policies and procedures, implementing the ERM software and enhancing Risk Management reporting capabilities.

Requirements

- Supports and advises risk owners and risk champions in identifying critical business risks and developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Supports EGA business units to identify, establish, maintain and continuously improve risk management capabilities in line with department strategy
- Facilitates enterprise-wide risk assessments by supporting the implementation of Risk Assessment workshops and monitors the prioritization of risks within the organisation
- Facilitates the identification and assessment of risk treatment options, and supports the development and monitoring of risk treatment plans
- Implements and recommends improvements to risk-assessment models or methodologies
- Identifies and implements Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for various risks across Business Units in various EGA entities as directed, and maintain KPI dashboard for monitoring
- Implements and maintains appropriate internal risk reporting to support the ERM framework
- Monitors the progress of implementation of risk mitigation plans and prepare reports on the effectiveness of these plans
- Implements and supports the updating and maintenance of the ERM system (Metric Stream) as and where required
- Provides technical support to the Manager ERM in designing, implementing and maintaining an overall risk management process for EGA
