We are looking for a self-motivated Associate IT Project Manager with experience in working in a fast paced Operations Department . The successful candidate will work within a delivery unit and with business stakeholders as well as internal/external teams to ensure projects are delivered. The organisation is currently going through a Digital Transformation, so we are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture, embracing the digital strategy of the organisation while delivering operational value to the business.

What you'll be doing:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of IT projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Be able to provide detailed, concise and accurate project reporting
- Manage the relationship with the business stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Be able to deliver project in a pragmatic, structured and agile way

Requirements

What a successful person in this role looks like:

- Proven working experience as a project Manager in the information technology
- Good technical background, with understanding or digital technologies, business processes.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP/PMI is a plus
- Experience in MS Project or an equivalent tool
- Good Problem-solving skills
