Job description / Role
• Ensure all Applications are on boarded as per bank policy.
• Ensure all Applications are processed as per bank policy
• Ensure completeness of the application, documentation, dedupe & Data entry as per bank policy and process.
• Ensure applications are processed as per agreed TAT
• Maintain Quality of process and avoiding errors. Error ratio should be within acceptable department benchmark
• Avoid customer complaints and maintain the same with in the acceptable department benchmark
• Reporting to Team leaders or Unit managers for any discrepancy / suspicion found in the application.
• Participate actively in unit monthly meetings through suggestions on process improvements and market information.
• Effective communications with the team members and stakeholders
• Maintaining agreed daily output as per production plan
• Processing of applications on FIFO basis as per agreed SLA’s.
• Accurate Data entry.
• Adhere to processes as per unit SOP’s
• Effectively update Active operation management system (AOM)
• Complete all relevant trainings and mandatory courses
Requirements
• Min.1 year experience in banking industry.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
• Computer skills – Excel, Words, Internet
• Drive a High Performance Culture
• Communicate and Collaborate for Success
• Build Sustained Customer Relationship
