Job Description
The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is seeking to hire a full time Associate Professor in Innovation and Technology Management area to begin Fall 2019 at the College of Business & Economics (CBE) within the Department of Business Administration. The CBE has been accredited by AACSB since 2000.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have earned a doctoral degree in entrepreneurship or a related field from an AACSB accredited university. Successful applicants are also expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence with relevant experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in innovation and technology management. In addition, applicants should be active in research resulting in publications in good quality journals. They are expected to advise students at undergraduate and graduate levels, and actively engage in promoting the growth of Business Administration programs and College of Business & Economics (CBE) at UAE University. Moreover, the candidate is coordinate the development of the newly planned graduate program in Innovation (and Technology) Management.

The application package should include a detailed resume, names of at least three references with contact information, and a teaching statement that includes a list of courses taught. English is the language of instruction and communication within the CBE.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field from an internationally recognized University and proven record of publications in top-ranked journals and relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Industrial and professional experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualification
PhD in entrepreneurship and master degree in technology management, or other closely-related field.
