Job description / Role
Our client has created a two year on-boarding programme for developing UAE nationals in the oil and gas sector. The programme lasts for two years where throughout the programme all graduates are coached to ensure continuous learning and personal development is achieved within their chosen discipline. UAE nationals who excel in their chosen discipline shall be offered a permanent position.
In order to qualify for these positions, you must possess the following attributes:
- Applicants must be UAE nationals who hold Khulasat Qaid (Family Book)
- Hold relevant degree discipline (detailed below)
- Possess excellent written and spoken English skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Show willingness to work hard and succeed

- Associate Engineer (Degree: Mechanical/Structural/Civil/Electrial Engineering)
- Associate Reservoir Engineer (Degree: Geoscience/Reservoir Engineering)
- Associate Production Engineer (Degree: Engineering)
Requirements
Applicants applying for the Associate Reservoir Engineer position, must additionally have the following skills:
- Working knowledge of industry standard geological and engineering software
- Simulation & Analytical modelling skills
- Capacity to work independently
- Self-motivated skills
