Associate Village Supervisor - Automotive Corporate - Sharjah

You will be reporting to the Automotive Group Housing Team Leader at the SHARJAH Camp, and your responsibilities in this role are the following but are limited to:
- Manage, control and coordinate all associate village related activities within the premises acting as a facilitator between Automotive Corporate office, Automotive Companies, AFGRE and the service providers that take care of services such as catering, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, safety, security etc.
- Perform routine checks daily to ascertain requirements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance needs for the Associate Village are addressed and ensure that all required services are carried out as per set standards
- Maintain records for the use of catering, laundry and other services and the expenditure of materials in the camp and issue daily/weekly and monthly status reports for management and finance department requirements
- Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations from Al Futtaim Group, regulatory and statutory bodies.
- Report workers staying in the Associate Village /not reporting to duty on daily basis to Automotive Group Housing Manager along with the valid reason on each case.
- Daily self-check for each meal to ensure that the Quality/Quantity of the food are as per service agreement terms and according to the approved menu. Regular feedback to be obtained from random staff on the quality of food.
- Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency. Follow up on staff major medical and emergency cases including work accidents and outbreak of diseases and coordinate with the HR and HSE teams to ensure that proper measures are taken.

Requirements

- Previous experience running an Associate Village/Camp in the UAE
- Fluency in English & Hindi/Urdu
- UAE Driving License
- Computer Literate
- Exposure in applicable Associate Village/Labour camp legal requirements.
