Auction Coordinator - Automall

Job description / Role

As part of our Auction/Purchase Department, you will be responsible to administer the entry of trade vehicles to Auction Yard as per the Standard Operating Procedure and delivery of vehicles to dealers/customers.

You will be part of our Automall operations based in Dubai. You are required to check all vehicles for Auctions are transferred to their respective branches or timely delivered to the customers.

Requirements

You should have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service and related experience in an Automotive industry specifically in terms of vehicle registration/ auction displays. Candidate must be able to speak in Hindi, Urdu and basic Arabic language. You should also proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. You should have excellent communication skills and able to practice diplomacy when faced on tough situations. Possesses the ability to adapt to cultural conceptions and has strong leadership skills.
