Automotive Parts Manager

Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager looking for an opportunity in the Middle East?

Our Client is seeking an experienced, commercially astute Parts Manager to join their Team. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager you will have full P&L responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the Parts business, encompassing several leading brands with a turnover exceeding GBP £5.6M.

The Role

• You will ensure that each brand achieves its Parts Operations targets and objectives by reorganizing and restructuring in all key areas, motivating and developing your Team deliver results and an exceptional level of customer service

Requirements

• The successful person will have outstanding communication skills along with flexibility and the willingness to move the Parts business through motivation and leading by example.
• Excellent analytical, financial and change management skills are essential for this role as is a proven work history within a Parts Management position
• A highly effective motivator, you will already have leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others
• You’ll have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills
