Automotive Systems - eContent Development Specialist - Automotive Training Academy

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced eContent Development Specialist to work within Al-Futtaim Automotive Academy in Dubai. The main purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the Learning Technologies Strategy for Al-Futtaim Automotive division both in the UAE and overseas. The eContent Development Specialist will function as an Instructional Designer by designing, developing and maintaining highly interactive, engaging and effective eLearning solutions in alignment with the group strategy and learning model.

The role holder will meet and work with stakeholders to understand the objectives of learning solutions and will make recommendations on the approach and the use of media in the solution design. The eContent Development specialist will support the Academy Centre of Excellence Managers to become the technology centre of excellence and will source the correct eLearning content from the Brand Principle.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Bachelor's Degree in Learning or Information Technologies and will have at least 3 years experience in adult learning design and development. You will have proven experience in eLearning courseware and web-based technologies. You will have experience in developing in a variety of instructional media including eLearning, simulations, storyboard and scenario-based instruction for large global organisations.

You will be based in a dynamic business environment and must be adaptable with changing priorities and new initiatives. You will have strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and will be comfortable working with groups in a training environment.
